    Arizona MortgageR. Todd Schwartz moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in January of 1997 from Cincinnati, Ohio, where Todd began his Residential Lending Career.  For the first 5 years, Todd was employed as a Loan Officer, before becoming Vice President of Dynasty Mortgage, and then pioneering his own Lending Firm, called First Class Funding, LLC.

    At Dynasty Mortgage, Todd opened 4 Branches, two in Arizona, one in California and one in Nevada.  In addition, Todd aided in the creation of a Wholesale Lending Company and a Title Agency, creating a true “one-stop-shop”, for its’ clients.

    Today, Todd lives in North Scottsdale, with his wife and daughter, and has family living in South Scottsdale, Tucson and Southern California.  As the Owner/Managing Partner of First Class Funding, LLC, Todd specializes in Residential Purchase Lending, for those who seek to acquire a Primary, Secondary or Investment Property.
